This happened to me once during the process of selection.  I believe that if you reach out to the submitter, they can still update those things.  That’s what I recall doing at the time.  It was a few summits ago, though, so I don’t know if things have changed.

We have some talks in our track where we'd like some updates on the title or description before the summit, however, I cannot figure out how to edit them or point the submitters at where to edit. The call-for-speakers link says that CfS is closed. How can users update things now?
