You are right. The popup is misleading. That was actually the original plan (to have chairs do the approvals) but we felt in the end it just put more work on you guys. Plus, across time zones, it meant some changes could be delayed. So instead we have admins monitor the queues and make the changes quickly. I don’t know how everyone else feels, but it seems the process has worked well.
Meanwhile, I’ll adjust the wording to match how it works now. If anyone has suggestions for making it easier to shuffle presentations around between tracks, please let me know. We learn new things every time we do this.
