Looking into others - I'm a bit confused. Shouldn't the *receiving*
track chairs accept a presentation to move in as well? I don't see that
happen...
Another question: What is the best practice if you have a presentation
that doesn't belong anywhere really? Keep it in the track and then not
choose it?
