Yes it looks like the CFP closed 23:59 PST on January 31. You get "call
for speaker closed" errors when trying to modify a talk. The "max 3"
error (which I can reproduce) is just a wrong error message.
+1 to extending it until January 2, 23:59 PST, once we fix this.
