[Openstack-track-chairs] Proposal voting revisited

Hi Lauren,

Do we still plan to have a session on the feedback tool now that the plans have changed and it will be live in Tokyo? Could we re-purpose that session to discuss possible options to re-explore talk selections or even use one of the extra slots left over from ops-track?

This topic has come up often and has generated a lot of discussion via email as well. It would be great if we could create a work-steam with a F2F kick-off in Tokyo...

Just throwing the proposal out there, I would gladly attend if there was a working session on the agenda.

Potential Topics:
Track Chair Composition
Vote Eligibility
Checks/Balances

Thanks,
Shamail

Giving each voter a choice of half a dozen or a dozen talks to vote on (or rank) could lead to much broader participation.
