Open Stack

Hi everyone,

If you have modified any of the selected sessions in your track - please send me the details regarding these changes by noon CDT tomorrow, Tuesday.   

Modified sessions include the following actions: if you have combined two or more sessions, created new panels, recruited new speakers to present, etc.  

Please send the following details:
- The stack ranked order of the modified session within your overall list of selected sessions
- Session title
- Session speakers
- Session abstract

We will take this information and edit the sessions to reflect your changes.

By this Wednesday/Thursday we will email you the final list of sessions that will be included in the Summit agenda.  As a reminder - not all of the slots that you filled for your track are guaranteed to make it into the final agenda - the quantity of slots ultimately included will depend on space allocation in the venue and other scheduling variables.  This is why it is very important that you stack rank your sessions in decending order. We'll consider the presentations at the top of the list to be the most important to include in the final Summit agenda.
