Open Stack

I'm a co-chair of the compute track.  We had a number of submissions
that were perfectly formed and appropriate for the design summit, as
opposed to the regular summit tracks.  As a bit of feedback for next
time, perhaps the instructions could be enhanced with clarification on
what should be submitted to the design summit, instead.
