I'm not a fan of this, because it effectively excludes non TC members 
(e.g. folks who are thinking about running at the next election; PTLs 
who might want to raise issues), unless they can convince their 
employers to spring for an extra night's hotel (spoiler: they can't).

I'm fine with either of these and will schedule travel to suit whatever 
we decide.

At a minimum I think it'd be great to get together on Sunday 
afternoon/evening. I think Doug suggested an escape room? :P
