Kendall has confirmed that we have a room for Sunday. Based on the pictures she sent there are a few tables and chairs that we could arrange in a conference table format. I have also asked for a flip chart.

We have the room from 08:00 to 17:00 but since most folks expressed a preference to only meet in the afternoon perhaps we should stick to that plan. Say 13:00-17:00?
