Since some of us may have already booked hotel and flights assuming there would be, before we change things around I thought I would check to see if we want to try to meet as a group that day. Based on the pictures she sent there are a few tables and chairs that we could arrange in a conference table format. I have also asked for a flip chart. We have the room from 08:00 to 17:00 but since most folks expressed a preference to only meet in the afternoon perhaps we should stick to that plan. Say 13:00-17:00? I will have internet access, but I am likely to have a slower response time on email and limited IRC connectivity during that time. With the Adjutant application having been approved this week, I don’t think we have anything pending that will need critical attention until I am back on 1 Aug. The change should be approved on 2018-07-28 however it is beneficial to remove the stable branch team (which has been moved into a SIG) in order for `tonyb` to be able to act as an election official. There seems to be no opposing votes however a revert is always available if any members of the TC are opposed to the change[3]. Thanks to Tony for all of his help in the elections. Please create the tag aug-2018-elections[1] The following open changes: could potentially impact the election: https://review.openstack.org/#/q/status:open+project:openstack/governance+topic:project-update as each of these changes adds a repo to a project team, however given neither of them passes CI and has no Rollcall-Vote I think it's appropriate to exclude them from consideration for the Stein PTL election. Yours Tony. [1] To match http://git.openstack.org/cgit/openstack/election/tree/configuration.yaml#n5 -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed...
