This might be more accurately termed an Infra/QA update, as the Zuul
v3 migration has had a significant impact on the design of things
like devstack-based jobs which are also the purview of the QA team.
In the etherpad it looked like Andrea Frittoli had expressed an
interest in co-presenting some updates (presumably on behalf of the
QA team) during this slot.
