Open Stack

As mentioned on the weekly TC report, an IRC meeting could prove useful
to unblock the postgresql discussion. Please reply here if you think
that it would be a good idea.

Since we don't have the office hours set up yet, we would hold it in our
good old time slot (unless there is some creative suggestion here).

Final call on whether a meeting will be held will be made on Monday.
