Sorry I have been traveling yesterday/today.

Got through rest of the comments on the train today. I like cdent's summary
points too.

I am tempted to draft a few vision additions. Probably worth dropping back
into etherpad to rework a few things before uploading a new gerrit patch?
Will pop that at the end of the existing etherpad for now.
