My typical times are ~12-13utc to 22-1utc. So the 15utc and 21utc times
are definitely no problem for me. I may be able to be around occasionally
for 3utc. 9utc is not as likely (except for when my sadly regular cycle
of insomnia kicks in or I'm travelling internationally).
