I agree with Ed, I think having an impromptu discussion is the value
that this project is looking to provide.

I'm happy to participate or not, whatever is best for the audience to
consume and get the information intended.

I do feel the audience is best served by an informal discussion of up to
three people. I think once you get past three you are outside the limits
of what an informal discussion can offer.

Happy to step aside so the target of "discussion of three" is achieved
if others agree.
