I think back to the things I wish I had known, many are the usual
speaking-in-front-of-people stuff, but the relative uniqueness of our
fishbowl format means there are more things...

I like the idea of multiple folk each taking a point or two to record, and
if we need another US-based white guy I'll gladly pitch in there too. ;)

How about taking a "What did you wish you knew?" approach to frame the
points?
