Open Stack

This week at PyCon in Portland, Dr. Lorena Barba gave a keynote in which
she discussed the way (human) language and communication skills and
techniques relate to success in Open Source communities. It was based on
the work of Fernando Flores and Terry Winograd around what they call the
"Conversations for Action."

Although the presentation started out a bit slowly, I found it quite
interesting overall, especially when thinking about how we make
commitments to each other.
