Yes, this.
Agreed that this is a by-election situation, and the remainder of the
original term should be filled.
Also it would seem to me fairest to go ahead immediately with this
by-election for a single seat, and keep that separate from the upcoming
Northern Fall election.
That way the length of the partial term for the by-election winner would
be maximized, to give them the best chance of making an impact and getting
re-elected in Northern Spring 2017.
