20:00 UTC. Our agenda is the following:

* Welcome Mitaka membership
  * Election of the Mitaka TC chair
  * Details on joint BoD/TC meeting on Monday Oct 26, 2:30pm
  * Topics for joint BoD/TC meeting
  * TC dinner in Tokyo (or not)
* Cross-project track at Design Summit
  * Final content as proposed by the cross-project track workgroup
  * Scheduling hints
* Kick off N naming
  * Pick N naming coordinator
  * Remove naming timebox restriction [1]
* Workgroup reports and new members
* Added JavaScript to Common Testing Interface [2] (time permitting)
* Add team:non-diverse-affiliation tag [3] (time permitting)
* Open discussion
  * Skipping meeting next two weeks
