Perhaps for Monasca, yes. For Fuel, Dmitry Borodaenko has been doing an 
excellent job, IMHO, updating the mailing list with reports about the 
Fuel project's progress towards alignment with the upstream CI platform 
and the Puppet OpenStack community roadmap.
