Hi, old and new members of the Technical Committee,

The results are in. We welcome John Griffith back in our ranks, and say
farewell to Mark McLoughlin. I updated the mailing-list moderation flags
and proposed the following change to confirm the new membership:

We'll meet on Tuesday at 20:00 UTC for our first TC meeting. One of the
things we need to get out of the way at the beginning is the selection
of the Technical Committee chair. I'm happy to continue in that role for
the Kilo cycle and have proposed myself at:

Other TC members interested in that role should file competing changes
(on top of 129274 so that you don't need to rebase).

Also as a reminder, we'll have a Board/TC joint meeting on Sunday,
November 2 afternoon in Paris. See details at:

I'll send you all separate emails for the Board/TC dinner details that
will happen after that, as well as the TC dinner we should have on the
Thursday of the Summit week.
