Open Stack

Getting to those two sessions will require rearranging my schedule,
but I think its clear that I need to do that. So I will.

However, I'm uncomfortable that we have proposals in gerrit with such
little discussion. I'd rather talk about the overall direction we want
before we talk about specifics in proposed changes.
