No, it's not just you.  I felt like Thierry started out by saying it was
very early days on this topic.  We understand lots of issues but lack
consensus on solutions.  We have hard work left to do to keep working
through concrete proposals and debating them.

So, I agree that we're far from agreeing on solutions.  However, I think
it was reasonable to say to the board, "heads up, change is coming of
some sort, you might want to watch closer".

Absolutely.  I hope it's a key discussion through the week.  We do have
2 time slots reserved for this in the cross-project track on Tuesday
called "Growth Challenges".  We can discuss more over dinner, of course.
