Open Stack

One issue we ran out of time to resolve in the TC meeting yesterday was
identifying a new leader for the cross-project API session [1] at the
design summit.  Unfortunately, Chris won't be able to make it to the summit.

Is anyone from the TC interested in leading this session?

If not, next I can reach out to PTLs unless anyone has more specific
recommendations here.
