I'm not convinced there is much value in discussing it at the TC meeting
vs. continue to discuss it on the legal-discuss ML, since we get a wider
feedback (incl. from people that are actually lawyers) from the latter.

That said, I'm fine with covering it in the "open discussion" section of
a future meeting, if you feel that's necessary. I updated the agenda
wikipage to reflect that.
