Open Stack

Hey fellow TC members,

We have several of us traveling tomorrow, and the others might just be
busy getting the last reviews in in time for icehouse-1 milestone, so I
propose that we skip the TC meeting tomorrow.

There wasn't that much on the agenda anyway, with little progress on the
current proposed governance changes due to Thanksgiving. I didn't start
the thread on the incubation/graduation/newprogram requirements on
openstack-dev yet, so we can't discuss that either.

Let me know if there was some urgent decision-making that would justify
us gathering tomorrow, otherwise let's all enjoy an extra hour in our
week and have our next meeting on December 10.
