today is a project meeting when we should warn people about the
stable/grizzly freeze this week:

Adam, can you or someone else attend the meeting and make sure this
info is added to the meeting minutes?
I'm not sure if I'll be able to attend myself.

I've updated StableBranchRelease wiki after 2013.1.1 but I'll make
another pass to ensure everything is updated for Grizzly.
Adam, please have a look and let me know if anything is unclear for
you to drive this release.
