Open Stack

Hi,

I'd like to request a freeze exception for the following Horizon review:

It's a self-contained change that was merged on master several weeks ago,
however due to the ordering in which stable patches were merged it required
a rebase.

Without it the Resource Usage graph, which displays information based on the
Ceilometer data, only works with Nova but not with any other resources type.
