Hi, Would it please be possible to get https://review.openstack.org/#/c/60651/ approved. This was only approved upstream last night and back ported this morning. When the problem occurs VM's will not be scheduled. That is, the compute node will be unable spawn new VM's as the scheduler thinks that it does not have any available ram/cpus/diskspace.
