When I released Keystoneclient 0.2.0, one of the projects that used it grabbed the latest version, and then when glanceclient tried to get installed, it had a "bad day". Waldon had in the <0.2 as a protection against backwards incompatible API changes, although it wasn't strictly necessary in this case.
