Hi,

I did some work recently to speed up the launchpad sync script, and that
entailed deleting some groups from gerrit.  Unfortunately, I
inadvertently deleted openstack-stable-maint.  Garyk brought that to our
attention and it should be fixed now.  At least, it works for him.

You shouldn't need to, but if it's still not working, you might try
logging out of and back into gerrit.
