+1, the intention was/is definitely to strengthen the open and welcoming community environment rather than acting as police. I hope we can handle this without feeling the need for the latter.

I still think that gathering and looking into data should be part of the activities of this group so we can measure whether the activities we are doing are pointing to the right direction or we need to try other ways and methods to reach out and help.
