Open Stack

hello all,

recently there has been some discussion brought to the API-SIG about 
adding a meeting time that is more friendly to the APAC region.

i wanted to gauge the wider community's response to this and see if 
there is something the SIG can do to help accommodate all who wish to 
participate.

to that end, i have created a small survey[1]. we would really 
appreciate any feedback from the community on this. please take the 
survey and respond on the mailing list with any further ideas or comments.
