[Openstack-sigs] [self-healing] Storyboard for tracking SIG actions?

Yep, I totally agree that dogfooding within the community is a correct
and responsible course of action :-)  I just need to understand how to
set it up when the SIG doesn't have a corresponding git repo on which
to base stories and tasks ...  Maybe Thierry or some other Storyboard
expert can chip in here.
