    Add second file camel.txt
    
    This is a long description which can be a simple paragraph of at
    least three sentences or more. All lines starting with the long
    description should be wrapped at 72 characters.
    
    	Things can be tabbed over to provide clarity via
    	whitespace
    
    Starting over here is no problem as well
    
    DocImpact should be on a line by itself with a comment below
    on how documenation is impacted. APIImpact should be on a line by
    itself as well with a comment on how API is impacted. SecurityImpact
    indicates that review should be done by OpenStack Security Group.
    Finally but not least UpgradeImpact should be on a line by itself
    with a comment on why change impacts upgrades.
