    Adds ssl_overrides dict for keystone client configuration
    
    So that we can allow users to specify different values for
    ca_cert, cert and key for each https client which nova creates,
    we add an 'ssl_overrides' DictOpt for each one. This patch does
    so for the keystone client created in the ec2 api.
