Both CentOS & Ubuntu are affected. Please change 766 and 777 to more
secure rights (755?), or explain why we need 766/777.

  chmod 777 %{buildroot}/var/log/murano - please change 777  to right access
  %dir %attr(766, apache, apache) /var/cache/muranodashboard-cache - please change 777  to right access
  modify-horizon-config.sh maybe move to puppet ?
