    Implement file rotate for unix domain console logging
    
    This change adds console log file rotation to the unix domain
    socket logging implementation. It also slightly refactors the
    way file logging is handled, but there are no functional changes.
    
    Resolves bug 832507, progresses blueprint fix-libvirt-console-logging.
    
    DocImpact: console log files are now rotated if unix domain
    socket logging is turned on.
    
    SecurityImpact: this should reduce the amount of unbounded
    growth we see in libvirt console log files.
