Open Stack

Ok, with all the active cores weighing in besides David, who's out for a 
couple of weeks vacation and probably not checking email, I expect we 
won't get any more votes. We have enough +1s for everything, so right 
now we're just looking to make sure there are no -1s.

I'll leave this open until the QA meeting on Thursday, then call it 
settled based on what we've gotten up to that point.
