Thanks Piet and Jeff.  I appreciate you both moving things along, and my apologies for my inability to attend/participate of late.  I've yet another conflict today and won't make it, but I'm following the mailing list, etherpad, and Google docs as they get updated.  I hope to attend next week's meeting.

Jeff and I went ahead and created a new google doc for the End User Interview Guide.  It’s currently based on the old guide for operators, but needed to start somewhere…

Feel free to add questions or add new ones!  Keep in mind that we’re focusing on self-service end users.
