Hi Ju and Jeff,
There's a typo in the intro. "We are looking for people who manage, use and develop applications for the cloud using" Using what?

Also, I'm not sure if we want to tell people that "Most activities will take an hour" because we don't explain what activities we mean and it might seem like the survey might also take an hour. We could add this statement to the relevant question inside the survey, where we give them the option to volunteer for the different types of research.

The OpenStack User Experience team is looking for people using OpenStack or other cloud technologies. We want to better understand your role and your experience with the cloud. We are looking for people who manage, use and develop applications for the cloud using. We are interested in people who use a GUI, CLI or APIs. Most of the activities take about an hour.

I am assuming most people who would read this would know what a GUI, CLI and an API are. Does that seem like a reasonable assumption?
