Open Stack

Is anybody here planning a summit talk about this project?  If not, does 
anybody mind if I give it a shot?  I'm thinking that we can put together 
something that talks about:

- why personas are important
- what they are
- how we're building them
- (depending on how far along we are) what personas we have

Even if we've finished the tech personas by then -- which is possible -- 
we'll still want to do this to get some buy-in from the community and 
let them know it's out there.  We'll also want to get some visibility 
for the non-tech personas.

Any objections?
