Open Stack

Hi.  Here's a short summary on what was discussed at yesterday's OpenStack Persona Working Group meeting:

Discussed upcoming Horizon usability testing scheduled for week of 24 Feb 2014
Screener was setup on SurveyMonkey and sent out week of 17 Feb 2014, 53 people responded
Plan is to have 10-12 tests in total
Melissa M. will be conducting the test (VirtualRoom)
Piet K. will stream it via Google Hangout, and up to 10 people can attend
Schedule is still TBD as Melissa is contacting the participants this week, and as soon as schedule is known it will be announced on the mailing list
Only folks willing to actively contribute (observations, share notes, analysis, etc.) should attend the usability testing sessions
ASK: Help needed with the User Scenarios for the usability test -- please fill this out in the Etherpad (https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/persona-working-group) by Thursday, Feb 20 afternoon
Persona screener
Current plan is to have smaller group work on the screener and have it ready before the next meeting.  Smaller group will meet next Wednesday, 26 February 2014 4pm EST.
If interested in being part of the persona screener work stream, please sign-up in the Etherpad (https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/persona-working-group) by end of this week.
Persona interview script / questionnaire
Proposal to have 2-3 personas done for OpenStack Summit (Juno Release) / May 2014
Current plan is to have smaller group work on this script / questionnaire.

Meeting to be scheduled sometime late next week.
