We can have Melissa Meingast sign an NDA, review the data and conduct any appropriate analysis for the Persona Working Group. No one else will see the data.

Indeed, anonymising as in removing names and email addresses is straightforward.
However, anonymising to remove the ability to identify a deployment or respondent based on the other responses is much more complex.
