[Openstack-operators] swift - 1 Billion object on a single container

Container sharding is something we're actively working on. I hope we're able to deliver something during the current OpenStack cycle (Rocky, IIRC), but at this point all I'm saying is that we're actively working on it and we'll release it when it's ready.
