[Openstack-operators] Cinder NFS backend volume attach issue

Hi All,
I have deployed Ocata and configured NFS backend for cinder and able to
create volumes without any issues.
When am trying to attach the volume to instance it is failing with
permission denied error on the compute node
Added these to cinder.conf still having permission issue
nas_secure_file_operations = False
nas_secure_file_permissions = True
Error: libvirtError: internal error: process exited while connecting to
monitor: 2017-03-15T17:45:46.715808Z qemu-kvm: -drive
