[Openstack-operators] OpenStack User Survey Now Open

Just confirming for the rest of the list that the correct releases are 
now on the survey.

Additionally, provided you haven't already started your survey, prior 
deployments will be pulled in from the prior survey.  Keep in mind 
though that we have updated some of the answers (Network drivers, 
releases, etc..), so please do review all of the questions when submitting.

Note: If you started the survey prior to yesterday, your deployment data 
will not have been carried over.  From what I'm seeing in the surveys 
submitted thus far, this shouldn't affect a great number of people. 
However, wanted to give the heads up.
