Open Stack

Hey everyone!

I really appreciate the responses to the poll for the OsOps meeting and we
have consensus on the time being Monday 1400 UTC. The time is not set in
stone and as folks participate time will be adjusted to accommodate the
majority; the meeting will be on February 27th, 2017. You can find the time
within your local timezone using wordltimebuddy, for example

We will be working from the following document -

everyone to add to/adjust/+1 it and invite a friend to the meeting; if you
do not think something should be on the agenda comment, -1, or
strikethrough.
