[Openstack-operators] User gets: Requested volume exceeds quota, with 8 volumes in Dashboard

Sorry you are on Liberty Centos !!

Did you try openstack quota show ?

What do you see ?

Then try to create a Volume from the CLI. Usually you get better errore
mesaages.
