Unfortunately I do not have way to confirm with you right now but also suggest you create a backup of your database as a matter of caution and general best practice. If you can backup anything else that would be a good thing to consider as well.

    If you stand up a new infrastructure host with the same IP address and name in openstack_user_config then execute the setup-hosts, setup-infrastructure and setup-openstack plays it should put everything back in place for you without further intervention.
